The Chair of Sociology/Social Inequality and Gender organises the international workshop "Contested Reproductive Rights in Turbulent Times: Interrogating the Politics, Ethics, and Practices of Reproduction From Feminist and Intersectional Perspectives" which will take place on May 13–15, 2020. Abstracts are invited by October 31, 2019.

Prof. Dr. Fiona Jenkins (Australian National University), Marie Jahoda Visiting Professor in International Gender Studies in the winter term 2017/18, and Prof. Dr. Heike Kahlert are organising an international panel on excellence and gender equality in knowledge production which will take place at the 10th European Feminist Research Conference at the University of Göttingen (Germany), 12–15 September 2018.
