Leif Tietz has been working as a student research assistant at the Chair Sociology/ Transnationalization, Migration and Work since 2022. He is responsible for the online presence and supports the chair team in their teaching and publication activities. As part of his Master's Degree in the programme "Methods of Social Research", Leif is mainly interested in research on migration, diversity and digitalization. He also works as a research assistant in the project "SAKuDA - A language assistance system for culturally and linguistically diverse elderly care" of the Junior Professorhip for Health and E-Health (Prof. Sebastian Merkel).

Wiebke Ullrichskötter has been working as a student research assistant at the Chair Sociology/ Transnationalization, Migration and Work since 2025. There, she primarily supports the chair team in developing expertise on the topic of migration and social security.
Wiebke is studying the bachelor's degree programme in social science and is interested in gender and globalisation research. In addition to her work at the chair, she works as a student assistant at the College for Social Sciences and Humanities of the University Alliance Ruhr.
