11/2025: On 3 and 4 November the SYLFF-Mikrokolleg will host a conference on ‘Forced Migration: Digital Frontiers: Forced Migration in a Changing Technological Landscape’. More information can be found here.
10/2025: On 13 November 2025, a Virtual City Lab organised by the UNIC network will take place with the title ‘The Becoming of Sanctuary: The (un)making of sanctuary and solidarity for “unauthorised” migrant people in contemporary times’. Margit Fauser will contribute to the roundtable discussion on ‘solidarity networks and civil society responses’. More information can be found here.
10/2025: From 29 September to 2 October, the GIRA Summer School on Changing Industrial Relations took place at the RUB, jointly organised by the German Industrial Relations Association (GIRA), the Institute of Work Science (Prof. Markus Hertwig) and the Faculty of Social Science (Prof. Birgit Apitzsch & Prof. Margit Fauser). During the Summer School, 12 doctoral students had the opportunity to present their research projects and exchange ideas with established researchers in the field of industrial relations through keynotes, inputs and comments.
