Biography
Zoë Sofoulis is director of the Institute of Cultural Histories and Futures at the University of Western Sydney, Australia. She received her doctorate in the history of consciousness at the University of California, USA, and was nominated for the California award of University Microfilm International Humanities dissertation prize in 1988. She is also a co-editor of Australian Feminist Studies.
