Two new research projects granted!
We are pleased to announce that two new research projects have been granted:
"Jugendbewegungen und der Wandel des Politischen - Bangladesh und Senegal im transregionalen Vergleich" (granted by the DFG) and "(Un)typisch utopisch - Zukunftsvorstellungen von Jugendlichen an islamischen Schulen in Bangladesh und Großbritannien" (granted by the Gerda-Henkel-Stiftung).
Announcement:
Prof. Dr. Eva Gerharz will be on leave between 01.04.2017 and 31.03.2018. During this periode she is appointed to act for the chair of Development Sociology at Bayreuth University.
Dr. Sandrine Gukelberger meanwhile replaces her at the junior professorship for the Chair for Sociology of Development and Internationalization.
